TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Unauthorised sale or duplication of this ticket may result in you being denied admittance to the event. Holden Street Theatres is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorised sale or duplication. In the event that duplicate copies of this ticket are presented at the venue, The venue reserves the right to deny entry to all parties. By using this ticket you agree to the terms and conditions below.
2. No refunds or exchanges will be available except as provided in the seller’s conditions. The service charge is not refundable.
3. The seller is not required to give a refund where the ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend. Refunds are at the discretion of the seller.
4. No refunds. The service charge is not refundable. If a refund is available due to a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, it will then only be made if the ticket holder surrenders the valid ticket(s) to Holden Street Theatres within 28 days of the cancellation of the show.
5. No drugs, weapons, lasers, photographic or recording equipment is allowed. Most venues do not allow food ,drinks, glass containers or alcohol. Check policy with Holden Street Theatres prior to attending the venue.
6. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or hazardous to others or who fail to comply with the terms and conditions herein, or refusal to stay in the tickets designated area. Any such refusal or ejection may be without the refund of any portion of the ticket price.
7. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or any other trade purposes without consent from Holden Street Theatres.
8. It is a condition of entry to performances that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the venue. If concerned please consult Holden Street Theatres 9. If you have purchased a concession ticket then evidence of your entitlement must be presented with the ticket at the venue in order to gain entry.
10. Ticket prices include booking fees and may also include on-line fees or banking fees.
11. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, or substitute artist, to vary advertised programs, seating arrangements, and audience capacity and to vary the venue with or without notice.
12.Holden Street Theatres collects your individual information in case of an event cancellation or change. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information Holden Street Theatres is not responsible for failure to contact you.
13. Ticket holders attending the event do so at their own risk.
14. Beware: If you obtain a counterfeit, forged or stolen ticket you may be liable to prosecution. Reviewed: 9 December 2022.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Late arrival may result in non-admittance to the venue or a part of the venue until a suitable break in performance and/or at the discretion of the management.

Tickets only valid for entry/service when purchased from an authorised Holden Street Theatres sales channel.

Refer to condition relating to purchasing tickets from authorised Holden Street Theatres sales channels. Please note tickets purchased from any other unauthorised source (auctions etc.) may result in refusal of entry.

Proof of concession entitlement will be required at time of counter sales. The Venue has the right to evict a Ticket Holder if they cannot provide proof of their concession entitlement or if he or she refuses to surrender any prohibited object or article that is not permitted to be brought into the venue.
If the Ticket Holder is behaving in a manner which may cause property damage or threatens the safety of performers, other ticket holders or that reasonably interferes with other ticket holders enjoyment of the performance or if a ticket holder refuses to remain in the area designated on their ticket.
Tickets are sold by a Holden Street Theatres representative as an agent for and on behalf of the organisation, venue, management and/or promoter (the seller) responsible for the service, event or performance for which it is sold. All complaints or claims are the responsibility of the seller and not Holden Street Theatres.
The right of admission is reserved as provided in the seller’s conditions, any ticket wallet or any other documentation made available at the time of purchase and/or online at www.holdenstreettheatres.com.au. If there is conflict with any of the conditions, these conditions prevail. These conditions cannot be varied except by written agreement with Holden Street Theatres.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Tickets purchased within 7 working days of the event will not been posted out. Uncollected tickets will be sent to the venue of the event in question after 3pm on the day of the event. All weekend events will have uncollected tickets sent to the venue in question at 3pm on the Friday prior to the weekend. The tickets can only be collected by the original buyer and must have photographic ID and the credit card used in the transaction. For administrative matters please contact Holden Street Theatres Administration on 8225 8888.
Lost tickets. Holden Street Theatres reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission). When allocated seating tickets (reserved seating) are lost or stolen the Customer must be able to produce proof of their original purchase and include a Statutory Declaration form. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the promoter of the event in question. Statutory Declaration forms can be obtained at any Australian Postal Office or click here to download a copy. The Statutory Declaration form must be filled out in full and signed by the Customer and by a qualified witness, full details about this can be found in the guidelines of the Statutory Declaration form itself. Once completed fax to Holden Street Theatres head office 8223 6568 or post to address to be 32 Holden Street, HINDMARSH SA 5007. Holden Street Theatres will then place your request for replacement of lost tickets on your behalf.
